Very nice traditional property in central area of Praia da Luz.

This holiday home is a renovated single-story townhouse located just 50 meters from the coast and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach!

The house comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen and sofa, 1 bathroom with standing shower, and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds, and the other two bedrooms have 1 single bed each.

There is a closed backyard patio with washing machine and clothes-line, and a frontyard patio with table and chairs.

The street is a one-way street and has parking, although during the high-season period it can be limited. There are several restaurants, shops and supermarkets at hand, and the downtown main promendade and the main church square are just 200 meters away.
