The host was excellent in communication and care.
Extra Mattress was only 1 (Single), could be 2 sets (2 singles) with. Rest are all fine. Sofa was little old, need to repair.

The pools were great! Very large and nicely designed.
The housekeeper who checked us in and out was great.
This is a very unwelcoming place for visitors. Lots of signs everywhere stating it is illegal to rent daily or weekly. Despite the nice pools there are no loungers available for guests like us. There was a pile of loungers under lock and chain stating they were for owners only. I was told by staff that my wife and I could not get any because we are not owners. We wasted a whole day communicating with the owner who eventually agreed to provide us with chairs. They were not loungers but we did appreciate being able to sit near the pool and the beach. The fitness centre is also under lock and key for owners only.
This is the most unwelcoming place I have stayed at and regret going there.
The pictures in the ad include pictures of the property next door. There are also lots of families who appear to be staying long term and there are lots of babies and young children. Not the type of resort in the ad.
