Clean apartment but lack of comfort and coziness

The place was clean and the owners were nice

The planning of the whole apartment is very strange and unusual. I agree with all the previous comments regarding the curtain separating the owners space from the guests and also the matrass wich makes you role down to the middle. The terrace floor was moving making your table move. It is strange to have microwave and water kettle in the shower room. This is definetely not the place where it is pleasant to spend longer time for chilling.

Extorted by the owners

Very clean, modern rooms and a nice bathroom (in which a small fridge, a toaster, kettle and microwave are also located). Powerful hair dryer. Convenient parking right by the separate entrance. One of the bedrooms has a partial view of the port. The center of the village is a five minute walk down the street (though most businesses were closed in late September, when we went) and the beach is 20 minutes down the hill. If the owners hadn't tried to scam us, the stay would have been quite nice and we would have stayed a bit longer and recommended this place. In fact, the property itself deserves a good note - it's just the owners who don't.

We were extorted by the owners which was a really nasty start to our vacation (though thankfully Booking handled the situation very efficiently and refunded us the extra charges later - I'm very grateful for their excellent customer service). I was traveling with a friend and we booked the two bedroom suite (clearly described on the site as comprised of two rooms, with two big beds, for two people) but on arrival the owner told us we were only allowed to use one room and had to share a bed or else pay extra (in cash, with no receipt) to be able to use the second room/bed (although we had clearly, in black and white, with emails and screenshots to prove it, reserved the two-bedroom suite, no caveats, and Booking confirmed there was no mistake on our end: the owners had no right to demand extra payments and needed to change their listing if they wanted to rent only one room or charge more). It's not even the extra cost that bothered us but the bait and switch and their very unyielding attitude, even when faced with crystal clear evidence they were wrong. All that so they wouldn't have to make a bed?! A few other negative points, for what it's worth: later, when we asked for the heat to please be turned on (because it was a stormy late September day and we were soaked, with teeth chattering) the husband tried to argue that "it wasn't that cold"... like we should suck it up so he can save money on heating - though to be fair, they did turn it on and the temperature was comfortable once they had. But if you're so cheap and unwelcoming, don't run a bed and breakfast. And the area of the "two-bedroom suite" is separated by only a curtain from the living area of the owners and the house is not well isolated, so you hear every single movement and word from their upstairs space (and vice versa, I presume). Don't expect any privacy. Update re.

Very convenient accommodation for our two night stay and visit to Perros Guirec and area.

The accommodation was a self-contained lower part of the house which comprised one (or two) bedrooms, if both were needed; a separate shower room and separate wc room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was an outside terrace area with table and chairs; tv in the room along with bottled water and biscuits - perfect for a short or longer visit.

Cannot think of anything to dislike.

World-class hospitality! :) We stayed at Chez Minh Thu for two nights, and everything was perfect. The owners are super friendly, the bed is very comfortable, and breakfast came with a beautiful view of the bay. Great place to stay!

Sehr bequeme Stadtunterkunft mit fürsorglichen Gastgebern

Der herzliche Empfang des Gastgeberpaares, die große Ruhe, ein wunderbar bequemes Bett und die Lage des Hauses waren für uns einfach perfekt. Da wir noch Verpflegung von unserer Ferienwohnung dabei hatten, war es für uns super, dass es einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher und etwas Geschirr gab. So konnten wir auch noch im Zimmer einen kleinen Imbiss nehmen. Das Auto stand auf dem Grundstück vor unserem eigenen Eingang. Und spontan konnten wir sogar noch vereinbaren, dass wir gegen Aufpreis ein Frühstück am Morgen bekamen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
