In general this accommodation was a big disappointment for us and we could not recommend it to anyone. ( Only to someone

We enjoyed the view from the balcony. It looks exactly like in the pictures.

We felt that is was way overpriced. All of the equipment was quite old and shabby. You could see that it has been used many times and its quality was poor even before using. The cherry on top of everything is that you must pay extra for the bed linen and towels. It’s 18€ per one set which we found quite lot and we even had to make the bed on our own. We find this really unprofessional and unnecessary. We have never experienced such a thing even in not so highly developed countries like Laos for example… But the owner is transparent about this fact and you can see it in the description of the property so you shouldn’t be surprised… Finally I also didn’t like that the owner didn’t want to communicate via Booking.com and I had to give her my personal email address which I find quite unprofessional as well. Then she sent us the Kurkarten by post but we didn’t get them before we left so we spent our vacation without them ( fortunately we didn’t need them). I suggest to maybe send them to Sassnitz so the cleaning man can hand them to the clients…

Fürstenhof- immer wieder gern!

Toller Ausblick und tolle Lage. Parkplatz vorhanden. Hübsche kleine Wohnung.

Küche etwas klein, aber mehr (z.B. Geschirrspüler) passt nicht rein. Für ein paar Tage aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

Superschöner Meerblick vom Balkon

Die Lage in Alt-Sassnitz. Der Balkon mit fantastischem Meerblick. Der nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Das unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken. Die guten Matratzen. Alles genau wie beschrieben.

Das Sofa scheint etwas altersschwach.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Die Aussicht direkt auf das Meer.

Leider gab's eine Sache und zwar das kleine Sofa hat die besten Tage schon hinter sich.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft eine Eins. Die Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Die Mole ist in voller Länge zu sehen. Der Stadthafen ist in der Dunkelheit prächtig anzusehen. Unser Auto stand in der Tiefgarage kompfortabel sicher. Wir waren ja zum Jahreswechsel da.

Die Couch quietscht noch immer (steht in den anderen Bewertungen auch schon) aber hat nicht gestört. Eigentlich haben wir uns mit dem Vorwissen beömmelt. ;-) Der TV Anschluss könnte mal ordentlich gemacht werden, damit mal wenigstens die Hauptsender empfangbar sind. Nicht jedermann hat Netflix oder Amazon TV Zugang , was aber vorhanden war.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben den Balkon und den Meerblick absolut genossen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Sofa war nicht ganz so bequem.
