In the beautiful Mediterranean village of Assas between sea and Pic Saint Loup, for rent beautiful villa in excellent condition with garden of 820 m2 and swimming pool with beach. Very calm environment. Beautiful dining room, 3 bedrooms, one upstairs with private bathroom. A bathroom on the ground floor, a garage and a dryer. Large terrace overlooking the kitchen and the dining room, terrace for a room on the ground floor. Air conditioner.

Excellent property with good facilities. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of seating around the property.Outdoor area is excellent as well with plenty of outdoor seating.There isn’t WiFi at the property so make sure you have available data to use.

A lovely family home with loads of crockery , everything you need for cooking and a lovely ac chilled living area. Very clean.Check in is arranged by text and the owner met us and explained everything on our arrival.The pool is bigger than the picture shows and was very refreshing !There are lovely linens on all the beds and fantastic towels, colour coded for each guest. The bathrooms are very French style.The upstairs bedroom was hard to cool and is open to the stairs. Unfortunately there is no longer any WiFi provided and the phone signal can be a bit wobbly.

A simply charming villa in a sweet, quiet and safe little neighborhood - very comfortable and well-laid out. Cozy pool and patio. Quality in every detail - and a highly responsive and friendly host. Five minutes from small shopping area with large grocery store with bakery, pharmacy, restaurants (try Annex Pizza!). Montpellier is only a short drive away..
