About this house rental
Nothing separates you from the sea.
The 105 m2 house is perched on a secure dike and you only have five small steps to descend to reach one of the most beautiful beaches on the Normandy coast, labeled FAMILLE PLUS.
Very popular with people with reduced mobility as it is entirely on the ground. It includes a large living room with panoramic views of the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (a walk-in shower), two toilets, a laundry area and two storage spaces.
Its East West exposure offers great brightness whatever the weather. In front, 150 m2 to store cars, play, eat, sunbathe facing the sea. Behind, a patio enclosed by walls and hedges shelters you from the wind and from view. The doors of the kitchen and two bedrooms serve it and make it an ideally protected place for small children who can play freely.

By car 20 minutes north, Coutances with its cathedral and its famous Jazz festival under the apple trees. To the east, Villedieu les Poêles with its bell and copper manufacturers and museums. In the South, the port of Granville with the Christian Dior museum and departures for the islands of Chausey, Jersey and Guernsey.
Further on, an hour's drive away, Mont Saint Michel, the beaches and the landing museums, the Cité de la mer in Cherbourg with a visit to a nuclear submarine.
