Hale Ili Ili #A is a ground floor 3Bd 2 Bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, split system air conditioning throughout, washer and dryer, a standard coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker, an outdoor shower, 4 flat screen TV, and complimentary high speed wireless. The Living Room has a large flat Screen TV and Sonos Soundbar which makes for a great family movie night or your favorite playlist as you enjoy the sunset. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV and the guest room on the main level has 2 twin beds that can be made up into king bed upon request. The downstairs guest-bedroom includes a queen-sized alcove bed where you can fully relax. Additionally, it has a great theatre viewing experience, complete with a powerful split system AC, large Smart TV, Sonos Surround Sound, perfect for movies, sports, or your favorite shows. **Please note, the downstairs bedroom is not recommended for children under 12 years old, adult supervision in this area is required; additionally, the staircase can be rather steep for those with mobility issues. **
For your outdoor enjoyment, Hale Ili Ili #A provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Enjoy a legendary Maui sunset from your private Oceanview lanai dining area. Hale Ili Ili #A has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This number includes infants and toddlers. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Hale Ili Ili is an oceanfront gated 4 plex. This property is steps from Kamaole Beach #1 and Charley Young's Cove. Panoramic ocean views and magnificent sunsets can be seen daily from this property. This property has an oceanfront pool, hot tub and gas grill for your use.
Kamaole Beach #1 is world famous for swimming, body surfing, and snorkeling. This beach park has life guards, showers, bathrooms and picnic areas. At the other end of the beach is Cove Park the main surfing and paddle boarding beach in Kihei.

Everything about this place is amazing. There were 5 adult women for 10 days and we all had space to spread out to be together or separate. 3 min walk to the beach, Charley Young Beach is my favorite, love seeing all the turtles in and out of the ocean. The balcony was one our favorite hang out spots looking over the pool and the big lawn with Palm trees, especially watching the sunset every night. Overall, very much worth the money, this vacay is definitely one to repeat. Rentals Maui were also great to work with and very responsive.

You can’t beat the location and view of this place. The best in Kihei. The people who live in this complex are friendly and welcoming. There are strict pool rules and no unregistered guests are allowed to use the pool but they allowed us to host some small dinners with family that was also visiting Kihei. The people at Rentals Maui are nice and try to be helpful but they don’t know details about this rental and despite attempts to try to clarify amenities prior to our stay, the employees at Rentals Maui don’t know enough about the details of this rental to answer questions accurately. I emailed and called to inquire about a pack n play being provided at this rental prior to our stay, because the vrbo description clearly states that it has one, but you often can’t trust that so I wanted to verify. They confirmed that there was one at the rental. When we got there, there was not. This ended up being a huge hassle for us and impacted a whole day of our vacation. For the price of this rental, this should not have happened.

This was our favorite place to stay in all our five visits to Maui. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with a deck that's ideal for watching the sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee. We love to enjoy the local vibe rather than staying at big resorts, and this rental was conveniently close to local restaurants and businesses. We would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool.
