Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Apartment 510 at The Alexander (5th floor) consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full living room, dining area with balcony that boasts beautiful views of the ocean. Sleeps up to 6 using sofa in living room. Newly renovated and updated December 2017, polished marble floor, new kitchen and updated bathrooms. Refrigerator freezer, oven, microwave, cookware and serving utensils, Each room has flat screen TV's and free Wi-Fi.
Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 5 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 6 guests.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Pool and beach area has Tiki Bar as well as comfort food service. Room service also available as well as from Grub Hub, Uber Eats and most food delivery services. There is a salon and day spa located on the 4th floor. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. Rental agent shall not be held responsible for inconvenience caused by construction or noise from occurring in or around the building or for any items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported, as quickly as possible. Really enjoyed the spacious clean room. Everything was modern and first class. The pool and pool deck wete amazing with 2 great hot tubs and 2 nice pools. Nice to have a tiki hut for beverages and snacks on site. The beach is right thete along with the boardwalk that goes for miles all the way to the tip of the Miami beach. I highly recommend this place. A great value.

Really enjoyed our stay and unit. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beach is anazing and for us, tbe location was very good.

Building and infrastructure is very run down. Condo is fine. $43 per day to park valet no other parking on premises. Only 2 elevators, we were constantly waiting 10+ minutes for an elevator and the access card worked about 50% of the time in the elevator. No stairs inside they dump you out on the front sidewalk. Pool and pool area closed each day around 8pm one day was maybe weather the other I doubt. Again can’t complain too much about the actual condo but the building is a bummer.
