Right on Miami Beach - Phenomenal views and access to all of Miami including spa, gift shop, concierge, and 24/7 front desk checkin . Direct beach access with beach umbrella and chairs available at additional cost .South Beach/ Lincoln Street is just a short cab drive away. Completely newly furnished condo with very comfortable beds and stylish furnishings . Balcony included to enjoy views and atmosphere of ocean . The balcony access is available and the place has views of the ocean . THE UPPER DECK POOL is ready and available for guest use. Guests now have access to two pools. The upper deck and the lower pool.
PARKING IS ONLY VALET - 35 dollars per day for week days ,40 for weekends and 175 weekly charge.Oversized vehicles charged $50 weekends and $45 weekends.BEACH SERVICE IS INDEPENDENT - guests need to pay 30 dollars for two chairs and one umbrella per day .
A pack and play is available at $30 but is subject to availability.The gym is available to guests the renovations are complete.

Very convenient location for the Miami boat show on Collins Ave. Beds were comfortable and complex had nice amenities with pool, bar and beach!

We had a fantastic time at the Alexander for Christmas. The Condo was exactly as described, and was very clean. You cannot beat the location and the amenities at the Alexander. I enjoyed using the gym, the pools and the hot tubs. It was a great experience and our host delivered for us.

Gunjan is a great host who provided great instructions and expectations and prompt responsiveness for our stay. The condo is immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable. Beachfront location for easy access to the ocean and boardwalk. The cafe downstairs has decent breakfast and lunch foods. Convenience shop in lobby very helpful too. The pool bar has drinks and basic bar food, so we walked to Fontainebleau for lunch one day. Easy bus or car ride to N Beach for lower key restaurants and Publix, or S Beach for the action. Just be aware of evening rush hour traffic on Collins which can add idle time to get around a little. Otherwise you can get to S Beach in 15-20 and downtown/Wynwood in roughly 30 minutes. Wynwood is super cool if you want to get off the beach for a day.
