My family of four had a fabulous time staying at this property. It was very clean and spacious. My two teenagers loved the amenities of the property, and we all loved the proximity to the beach. It was a lovely stay.

Gunjan is a great host who provided great instructions and expectations and prompt responsiveness for our stay. The condo is immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable. Beachfront location for easy access to the ocean and boardwalk. The cafe downstairs has decent breakfast and lunch foods. Convenience shop in lobby very helpful too. The pool bar has drinks and basic bar food, so we walked to Fontainebleau for lunch one day. Easy bus or car ride to N Beach for lower key restaurants and Publix, or S Beach for the action. Just be aware of evening rush hour traffic on Collins which can add idle time to get around a little. Otherwise you can get to S Beach in 15-20 and downtown/Wynwood in roughly 30 minutes. Wynwood is super cool if you want to get off the beach for a day.
