The house has two three-room apartments and offers on each 65 square meters of living space for 4-5 people. To the Baltic Sea with the fine sandy beach in the Baltic resort of Binz is about 10 km and to Sellin about 9 km. The Bodden coast, with good fishing opportunities is only 250 meters away.
