A spacious (46m2) 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of a building in the residential area "Platan". It consists of a living room with balcony and a kitchen area, a bedroom, bathroom. In the living room, with balcony exit, there is a chest of drawers with an LCD TV, a coffee table and a sofa bed (mattress 140x200cm).
