The beautifully situated holiday home Schimanski is the southern half of a semi-detached house and was built in massive construction. The Non smoking house is about 750m from the beach and offers on a floor space of about 90m ² space for max. 4 adults plus toddler. On the ground floor is the bright living room with sofa, a dining area and a fireplace, the fully equipped, open kitchen u. a. with a dishwasher and a guest toilet. In the 1. Floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea and the bathroom with shower / WC, bidet and a washing machine. The furnished terrace with the beach chair and the beautiful garden with a separate seating area are very quiet with an unobstructed view over the fields towards the Baltic Sea. A parking space belongs to the house, as well as a Unterstellmöglichkiet for brought bikes. For cooler days, the house is equipped with underfloor heating. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent, but can be borrowed from the Tourist Information for a fee of 15 € per person.
