The beach (250m) and maritime furnished 3-bedroom apartment in the 1st. First floor with balcony is furnished for three persons plus toddler.   Equipment The living and dining area offers maritime flair with a matching sofa, an armchair and a large TV for multimedia entertainment. In addition to the dishwasher, the well-equipped open-plan kitchen offers a separate freezer, coffee machine and a ceramic hob with oven. Of course you will also find a modern shower room with WC. One bedroom has a double bed and another bedroom has a single bed and a fixed cot. For our younger guests a high chair is available free of charge.  The furnished balcony with the appropriate editions the equipment perfect. This apartment is a Non smoking apartment, smoking would be allowed on the balcony. Special features Toddler-friendly equipment is available free of charge for parents; a highchair, a cot with mattress, and a baby changing table with chest of drawers. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Bicycles Next to the house there is a separate storage house for each apartment. Here you can also store your bikes. Bicycles you can z. B. in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen with our co-partner "way2bike" in the Ostseeallee 15b borrow. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You can also use the pick-up and drop-off service from / to the holiday property. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding.
