The stylish and brightly decorated Apartment Strand in Haus Glückstal on the Baltic Sea has 3 rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment beach in the house Glückstal has a terrace and a private garden plot with barbecue, sunshade and sun loungers. The plot is green hedge (no fence!) surrounded and thus offers more privacy. In the kitchen with attached dining area you will find, among other things, a kitchenette with stove and oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The apartment has two bedrooms. While in the first bedroom is a double bed with adjustable grates, there are two single beds (100 x 200cm) in the second bedroom. In the shower you will find next to a toilet and a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a make-up mirror. The apartment also includes a doorbell with intercom, DVD player, satellite TV and a stereo, an ironing board with an iron, a vacuum cleaner, underfloor heating and a parking space. Special features The Non smoking apartment in Boltenhagen is handicapped accessible, senior and child-friendly. A pet (in this apartment please max one dog) is also allowed here (plus 10 € / night). The combination highchair made of wood with upholstered seat and bridge is convertible to a small table with chairs. Information about bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the provided carts. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus with and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
