Die Lage der Strandvilla Miramare ist einfach gigantisch! Direkt an der Ostsee, besser geht es nicht. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Ostseeradweg, Fahrradtouren nach Travemünde und Wismar auf unglaublich guten Radwegen absolut super!
Persönlich empfinde ich "Nachforderungen" für Dinge, die ich eigentlich als selbstverständlich voraussetze, als unangenehm: So gibt es am Haus einen kleinen Unterstand für Fahrräder - bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass für die Nutzung des Unterstandes ein Entgelt von 3 EUR/Tag fällig wird ... okay, wir haben das bezahlt, da wir unsere E-Bikes gerne sicher abgestellt wußten aber irgendwie hat das halt für mich ein Geschmäckle, da wir bei unseren bisherigen Reisen immer einen Fahrradkeller bzw. Unterstand mitbenutzen konnten ...

Lage top - Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr gut - sowohl Meerblick (Schlafzimmer) als auch kleiner, überdachter Südbalkon (Wohnzimmer, nach vorne zum Parkplatz) - Badezimmer ebenfalls mit Meerblick und ausreichend Ablagefläche - Gastgeber freundlich und unkompliziert
Teilweise etwas abgewohnt (z.B. Küche, Duscharmatur) und Besteck nicht vollständig (keine kleinen Löffel vorhanden, lediglich 2 Eierlöffel) - oberste Treppe zur Wohnungtür recht steil

Ferienwohnung mit direktem Meerblick- einfach super! Allerdings nur, solange die Bäume kein Laub tragen.
Das WLAN war nicht ganz zuverlässig, was manche Gäste vielleicht stören könnte.

The bath tub didnt have a plug which we only realized late in the evening when we wanted to take a bath. Made it impossible to fill up the bath tub :(
