This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in a great location is suitable for a holiday on the Baltic Sea for up to 4 people plus toddler. It is barrier-free.   Facilities The 3-room non-smoking apartment offers a kitchen, which is equipped with a dining area, a stove with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. The two balconies, where you can smoke, can be reached via the living room. In the first bedroom, which can be used as a master bedroom, you will find a double bed. In contrast, there are two single beds in the second bedroom. Other features of this holiday home are a shower room with toilet, satellite TV, a DVD player and a radio. For our youngest guests is a high chair and a travel cot in the apartment. Special features The Boltenhagener apartment is senior-friendly, handicapped accessible and also child-friendly. On top of that, a bread roll service can be booked if required. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
