This barrier-free 3-room apartment is comfortably furnished and promises a child-friendly family holiday on the Baltic Sea with space for up to 4 people and a toddler.  Equipment The apartment is family friendly equipped with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two separate bedrooms. In the living area there is a cozy sofa for 4 people with satellite TV and DVD player as well as a dining corner connected to the kitchen. The sleeping area is divided into a bedroom with two single beds and another separate bedroom with double bed and LED Smart TV. The shower room with toilet is suitable for seniors and barrier-free, as well as the access to the furnished terrace, which invites you to barbecue and relax. Special features The house Undine is very child-friendly and so you can use a travel cot, a highchair, a washing machine and a cart for free. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, so that smoking is not allowed in the house, but on the attached terrace is possible. Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no responsibility for the provided bicycles. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for renting replacement bicycles can take over if the bikes are broken, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The bikes and the wagon are offered as a bonus and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory.
