This apartment for 6 people is ideal for a family holiday on the Baltic Sea. Facilities In this Boltenhagener apartment for up to 6 people you will find an open kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary equipment. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is in level 1 and has a large wardrobe and a double bed. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms. One is equipped with two separate beds, in the third bedroom is again a double bed. The second bathroom leads through the double bedroom on the second floor. In the first bathroom is next to the toilet and a shower and a washing machine. A stair gate and a furnished balcony to the south is available. Special features The beach distance is very short with 180 meters. Of course, the modern apartment has free Wi-Fi. You can also use the washing machine in the bathroom for free. There is an electric grill available and free of charge. Guests with small children can also use the free carts. Max. 2 pets are welcome (plus 10 € / Ov per pet). Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the buggies provided. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even to get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night including bed linen. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
