The holiday park Ostseebad Nienhagen with its 27 exclusively designed holiday apartments in the style of resort architecture is located between two famous seaside resorts: the 8 km distant Warnemünde in the east and 5 km away Heiligendamm in the west. From the holiday park Ostseebad Nienhagen to the beach is only about 400 meters - romantic walks in the sunset beckons! But the Baltic Sea coast also offers you a wide range of sports and culture.

Haus Passat WE 3 - "To the steep coast" Close to the beach, very sunny 2-room ground floor apartment in southwestern location with large terrace in the Mediterranean style. Chic designer equipment for a dream vacation for two. The apartment is located in an exceptional holiday park with a park-like character, which was built in 2016 for discerning guests in the style of the Baltic Sea resort architecture. THE HIGHLIGHTS Amenities: 40 m² 2-room apartment, exit to the sun terrace from living room and bedroom. Open living / kitchen area with dining table and fitted kitchen with many extras. Dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are available. In the living room you will find a chic couch (extra bed for 1 person possible on request), flatscreen TV and music system. Designer bed 160x200 cm (two mattresses 80x80) and wardrobe in the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in, walk-in shower built to feel good. Hair dryer available. The entire living area is covered with bright, friendly vinyl structure flooring. The apartment has underfloor heating. SPORTS AND LEISURE The fine sandy beach is about 350 m; the way is short, right next to the apartment is the bike storage room. Beach chair and bicycle rental on site. Nudist on two beach sections possible. To lonelier natural beach about 450 m. To the hiking and cycling path in a few minutes. Next to the complex is an e-bike station; the white pearl Heiligendamm or about 9 km away Warnemünde are within easy reach. Ideal for golfers: only 4 km away: Warnemünde golf course; The architecturally challenging Golfpark Wittenbeck can be reached in about 10 minutes. The bags are set quickly in the ground floor apartment. SHOPPING AND OTHER The rental office is located in the annex.
