Built in 2011, Strandvilla is just steps away from the beach in Börgerende. Directly in front of the house is a biotope with a small pond. From the garden apartments you have the view to the dike and from the upper floor the view to the sea. All apartments in the beach residence have terraces or balconies and underfloor heating and floor-level showers. Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the house.

Penthouse Apartment with Panoramic Sea View The 3-bedroom penthouse apartment is one of the most beautiful in Börgerende with its wonderful panoramic sea view and its generous average. Both from the 20qm large roof terrace and the living room, bathroom and bedroom you can enjoy this magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. The rooftop terrace is easily accessed directly from these three rooms. The apartment offers two large bedrooms one with double bed and one with single beds, a very spacious combined living-dining room with fitted kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room and a private parking space directly at the house.
