With a generous living space of 81 m² all on the ground floor, the house provides a harmonious ambience and practical layout. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area is at the heart of the house. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as all necessary cooking and dining utensils. The adjoining living area invites you to relax with its comfortable sofa, cable TV and a cosy fireplace, ideal on cooler days.
