About this house rental
Old-Westerland on Sylt - in a quiet and tranquil location, this charming new building stands. You can reach the beach on foot in about 12 minutes, the Westerländer City in about 10 minutes and the bakery / grocery store is only 250 meters. The neat neighborhood, some with beautiful old thatched houses, gives the typical Frisian flair. They relate the entire left half of the house with the large garden area. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with dining area for up to 8 people. Also located on the ground floor the separate kitchen area and a guest toilet. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed: A nice bathroom with toilet, bathtub and separate shower is available in the basement as well as a waxing machine. On the 1st floor are also 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. 1 bedroom with balcony and beautiful view towards the rising sun. You also have at this level also a very nice bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. In the attic there is a second living room with relaxing armchairs and flat screen TV with DVD player as a retreat for quiet hours. Modern decor in new bright colors gives a cozy atmosphere. To the balcony is in the garden also a terrace with beach chair and garden furniture. The really ideal property for your dreamlike family holiday.
