The thatched cottage (semi-detached house), walking distance to the Baltic Sea about 500 m, was built in 2016 in massive construction and offers over 2 floors, on about 75 square meters, for max. 5 people enough space for a relaxing holiday. The living and sleeping areas are designed with real wood parquet and the entire house is heated floor. Around the house is a 300 square meters large meadow area for sole use. A terrace area stretches from the east side to the south side, so that you can enjoy the sun all day, even for breakfast. A parking space is located directly at the house. The nearest public car park is about 400 meters away.   The living room with the open, modern kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) is connected to the generously designed entrance area.   The cozy corner couch in the living area can also be used as a double bed. If the weather is not suitable for outdoor living, there is a TV with radio reception, a Blu-Ray player and a large table (1.80 m x 1.00 m) for playing with 6 seats available. Cozy evenings can be spent in front of the stove.   Both bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a 1.80 m wide double bed and the other has 2 single beds. One of them has a pushed-in trundle bed. In the wardrobes is enough space for the holiday wardrobe.   The holiday home has 2 bathrooms, each with a glass-enclosed shower, a towel heater and a toilet. In the very spacious bathroom on the first floor is a pleasant rain shower installed.   For smaller children is provided in the house by a special child safety device under the stairs, a shut-off of the stairs upstairs, high chair and travel cot.   The entire interior of the house was made with allergic friendly color.   Additional services: - Laundry, a further travel cot and 1 additional highchair subject to a charge to book- Storage room for bicycles is available- Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
