Cozy apartment for 2-4Pers.(about 52m²) consists of an entrance hall with two single beds and vanity, a large room with double bed, sitting area, satellite TV, safe, south-facing balcony, a bathroom with shower / WC (second toilet is on the corridor) and a separate kitchen with SAT-TV and balcony.

Balcony, with fully equipped kitchen block and comfortable seating area. Extras: bread service od. BreakfastCozy breakfast room, sun terrace and sunbathing area, as well as ski room with ski boot heater. Our house is located in a sunny and quiet location, but within 8 minutes walk. You will find numerous restaurants and shopping. In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes right behind the house, 5 minutes walk. to the surrounding ski areas of the Penkenbahn and the Ahornbahn.
