The Villa Medici was built around the turn of the century in the style of seaside architecture. In 2006, the house was listed as a historical monument, renovated and restored the Art Nouveau elements with great attention to detail. The Villa Medici is located in the immediate vicinity of the 5-star Hotel Ahlbecker Hof in a small side street of the beach promenade, about 70 meters from the promenade, the beach and just a few steps from the famous pier. Shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are within easy walking distance. The distance to the train station is about 1 kilometer.
Villa Medici Apartment 5:
The 2-room non-smoking apartment (60 m²) is in the 1. Floor. All furniture is of high quality and has a modern design. In the combined living room / bedroom there is an Italian double sofa bed with matching two-seater, coffee table, satellite TV, mini hi-fi system with DVD player. Through a side window of the comb. Living room and from there outgoing balcony you have between the houses through lateral view to the sea and until noon sun. A table with 4 chairs and cabinet shelf make up the dining area. A small selection of books and CDs is at your disposal. W-Lan is available in the apartment. After telephone inquiry with the administrator (Mr. Grimm) a high chair can be made available. The apartment has a free parking space on the property.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
