The 64 m² vacation apartment on the first floor sleeps 4 people and features two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has an enclosed veranda.



Welcome to our charming Haus Sanssouci! Built in 1893, our house reflects the beautiful Wilhelminian seaside resort architecture that is so unique to the Baltic Sea coast of the island of Usedom. Here, you’ll not only experience living history, but also the endless beach and the mild Baltic Sea, which make this place truly special. The short distances to the bakery, shops, and, of course, the beach invite you to explore everything on foot. Enjoy the peaceful and tranquil vacation atmosphere that settles in immediately as you stroll along the promenade.

Our vacation apartments range in size from 20 square meters to 90 square meters, depending on your personal needs. They are bright, welcoming, and comfortably furnished, so you’ll have everything you need. The kitchens are fully equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals in peace after an eventful day at the beach. In the larger apartments, you can also enjoy your meals or a relaxing breakfast on the loggia, balcony, or terrace.

For our active guests, we have a separate, lockable bike storage room in the courtyard to keep your bikes safe. And don’t worry—there’s also space for your car in our courtyard during your stay.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
