The center of the living area is the cozy couch, here you also SAT-TV with integrated DVD player and a stereo system available. Floor-deep window elements provide a beautiful room climate. The separate bedroom will spoil you with the comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. Multimedia entertainment is provided by the TV. From here you have access to your furnished terrace, where you can relax with a view to the garden. Special features The non-smoking apartment is ideal for seniors. Fly screens have been installed in the bedroom and living area. Smoking is possible on the terrace. In the autumn and winter months, when the trees and shrubs are not leafy, enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from the living room and the terrace. Up to 2 pets are welcome here (plus 10 € / Ov per pet). Nearby there is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle bus operates all year round (in winter limited schedule) in commuting between Boltenhagen-Redewisch and the White Wiek.  Bicycles At the house is a flat-own, lockable shed. Here wheels & Co. can be safely accommodated. Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner "way2bike" in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You are also welcome to use the pick-up and delivery service from / to the holiday property. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
