The duplex apartment in the 1. Upstairs is about 80m ² and equipped for 4 people. In the spacious living area with integrated kitchenette is also a large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, toaster, coffee machine and a kettle. One bedroom is upstairs and accessible by stairs. This bedroom is not separated from the living room with a door and has a large double bed. The second bedroom is on the same level to the living room and is also equipped with a large double bed. The bathroom has a shower. From the living room you reach the large balcony with seating, where you can end the day. Internet via Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The terrain is child friendly and spacious. In the garden there is a shared barbecue, which may be used by all accommodation units. Of course, every apartment has a car parking space. The center can be reached after about 800m. Here you will find numerous shops, several bakers, a cinema and a theater. The place is very good as a starting point for excursions over the island.
