The modern, spacious apartment on the ground floor was newly furnished in 2014. It has a separate entrance (behind the house, see photo) and has 4 beds (1 double, 1 twin) plus 1 cot. The apartment has a living room, a full kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bath, a utility room with washing machine. It is a Non smoking apartment, an internet connection is available. The apartment can also be rented together with the first floor apartment, for a total of 10 people plus 2 cots (up to 3 years). In the spacious garden (900 m²) there is a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, garden chairs and div. Outdoor games are available. The garden of the neighboring property (2.000 m²) can be used with. 2 bicycles and a children's bike are available for common use (with OG- Whg.). In the former milking room of the neighboring Gulfhof in Dorfstraße 6 we have a fitness room. The room is available to all tenants of the apartments in the village street 4 and 6 free of charge.
