A 3-room apartment on two levels with an open kitchen, Wi-Fi and a cozy reading corner on the gallery .. Facilities The nicely cut 3-room apartment can accommodate 5 people and has modern furnishings. In the first level there are the living area with the 3-seater sofa and the quite practical chaise longues, a bedroom with comfortable double bed (180x200cm, separate mattresses, slats on the head and foot adjustable), a shower room with window with underfloor heating and free washing machine and the open plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine and a coffee pad machine from Senseo. You will find a place for a cozy get-together in the dining area. On the second level you reach the second, separate bedroom with two single beds and the open gallery, equipped with a second TV and DVD player, a pull-out sofa bed for another overnight guest and a table with 2 chairs. This area can also be used very nicely as a TV and reading corner. The furnished southwest-facing balcony is ideal for alfresco dining. Specials This allergy-friendly apartment is well suited for all beach-loving holidaymakers who like to get to the Baltic Sea by the shortest route and prefer a quiet residential location in a well-kept garden atmosphere, not far from the center. In the living and dining area, the underfloor heating ensures a good indoor climate. The large bedroom has a fly screen in the window so you sleep peacefully. The bedrooms can be darkened by means of blinds. For our younger guests a children's travel cot and a highchair are available for free in the apartment for use. The cot can be placed in any room. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Bicycles At the house is a flat-own, lockable shed. Here wheels & Co. can be safely accommodated. Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner "way2bike" in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You are also welcome to use the pick-up and delivery service from / to the holiday property.
