Holiday house "Bark", approx. 95 sqm, large garden, covered terrace, WLAN, for max. 5 persons The holiday home is located in a quiet, central cul-de-sac on a plot of approx. 400 m², only a few minutes walk from the nearest supermarket. The seal station Friedrichskoog and the Wal-Indoorspielpark "Willi" are within walking distance. Also within walking distance are restaurants, a butcher with lunch and a bakery. The guarded beach takes only 5 minutes by car. The comfortably furnished semi-detached house offers approx. 95 m³ of living space for 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children. The house was renovated in 2018. On the ground floor are: as good as new kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, freezer, toaster, etc. with small comfortable seating, the large combined dining and living area with satellite TV, Bluray player, leather sofa, leather chair with reclining function, and wonderful views and access to the beautiful well-kept garden, a modern guest toilet. a utility room with washing machine including additional access from outside through the carport. Upstairs are: a large bright bedroom with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, and a cot, about 0.60 x 1.20 m • a smaller bedroom with bunk beds 0.90 x 2.00 m, with Desk • a dressing room (walk-in closet), • a bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle and bathtub. The large garden is completely planted with a screen hedge and provides space for romping. 2 beach chairs invite you to relax. The terrace is covered and sheltered from the wind. Garden furniture, cushions and a ball grill are available. Furthermore, our guests are offered two bicycles (for adults) for shared use. Wi-Fi is included. A protected car parking space (carport) is available. All prices include all additional costs such as electricity and water, but without a tax
