The seal station Friedrichskoog and the Wal-Indoorspielpark "Willi" are within walking distance. Also within walking distance are restaurants, a butcher with lunch and a bakery. The guarded beach takes only 5 minutes by car. The comfortably furnished semi-detached house offers approx. 95 m³ of living space for 2 adults and a maximum of 3 children. The house was renovated in 2018. On the ground floor are: as good as new kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, freezer, toaster, etc. with small comfortable seating, the large combined dining and living area with satellite TV, Bluray player, leather sofa, leather chair with reclining function, and wonderful views and access to the beautiful well-kept garden, a modern guest toilet.  a utility room with washing machine including additional access from outside through the carport.
