Marlin Arms Condominiums #10

Great rooms and fabulous AC!! Minutes away from the beach and great views of the bay. Fireworks almost every night. The condo was very large. The really nice thing was that the unit had an elevator.

Really needs to provide more parking or at least reference lots that are available. Need to do away with wristbands notice…never found them. Only one knife in the kitchen which was a steak knife and only one trash bag for a group of people that stayed 7 days. One roll of paper towels. However, 6 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms.

The location was great.

The balcony sliding door doesn't close all the way.making it more noise than it should. The living room tv does not work.tried calling, no good. I figured tv/ balcony door has not work for a long time but it does not get fix. Balcony table legs were broken.

I love the location. I love the view to the ocean and sunset from the pool. Love the pool and back space. I love the unit had 3 restrooms. It was spacious. Alot of natural light during the day. It was peaceful.

I made the reservation because it had an ocean view and balcony on description. Our balconies didn't have working doors, it had dirty glass doors and floors. I would of love if we could of enjoyed the outside from our balcony like we planned. The first restroom the shower was missing the nob to turn water on. Same restroom had a light bulb not working. In the kitchen the fridge looked dirty, under the cabinets,glass doors. The stove only had 2working burners. The living area had a broken sofa leg which we only used/sat on the last day so no big deal. TV's had no cable we had trouble using the TV's, one tv didn't have a remote and the room that did had a broken remote which we had trouble with volume. I got 3 sets of keys which I never used didn't even know for what they were since they didn't open anything. Rooms had extra doors that didn't have enough security or extra locks which made it feel unsafe. (My kids slept on the other room) We would of preferred a unit on first floor if we didn't get the balcony as we wanted. One of the rooms didn't have enough outlets to connect our chargers or fan. This is unit #10 maybe other units are better and working properly.

Price was good for me. Unit needs owner TLC and deeper cleaning. But, surfaces were clean. Repairs needed to at least one toilet, and several lights don't work, including the only one in a bathroom. Lucky there were 2 other bathrooms. Kitchen dishes and mugs need updating and silverware drawer messy. Glad I brought paper plates and cups. Carpets badly stained. Balcony chairs would be nice to have. Glass for 3 balcony sliding doors was dirty inside and 2 of those doors were virtually inoperable. Management was notified of some issues and they offered to come make repairs, but these were things that should have been evident during cleaning. Parking was good and pool appeared clean.
