You’ll have plenty of room to invite family and friends to join you in Sunriver at White Elm 28, a bright, open 2,200 sq. ft. home with an upper-level great room perfect for entertaining. With gorgeous mountain views, a wooded setting, and a wrap-around deck with a dining table and chairs, gatherings can spill into the outdoors with ease. A vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, stereo and leather sofas give you a luxurious space to kick back and watch the game or gather for conversation. The dining room seats eight with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar, and the fully equipped kitchen gives you lots of dining options. A king Primary suite is on the main level, with three bedrooms on the lower level with easy access to the hot tub. Bikes come with the home, so all of Sunriver is easy to reach without the car. Nearby Fort Rock Park has tennis courts, walking trails, basketball courts and a large playground. Use the home’s SHARC passes for year-round swimming, take a bike ride to the village, or try your hand at water sports on the nearby Deschutes River. White Elm 28 gives you a wonderful place to return after time exploring, whether you’re enjoying the delights of Bend in summer or the slopes of Mt. Bachelor in winter.
