Nice, small place. Best feature is the view. No other houses between you and then water. The topography of the coast here makes for amazing wave hypnosis. The listing says: "Follow the private beach access trail directly down to the beach!". This is not a serious statement. Mountain goats and extreme sport people maybe, but no regular human can safely use this path. Did I mention that there's a 6-foot seawall at the bottom of the trail and no stairs or ladder. We booked this place over other places based on direct beach access as stated on the VRBO listing. Keep that in mind when you book.
