The host was simply outstanding. Although she did not really speak English, we worked everything out. She was very professional and helpful. The location is advantageous if you wish to visit the wild horses sanctuary Czarnocin, which is located nearby - see the attached photo.
When I called to inform the host about a delay regarding my originally planned arrival time, she misunderstood and thought I wished to arrive in the early morning. In reality, it was around 4 o'clock in the evening. I guess the confusion was that Booking showed 4:00 p.m., instead of 16:00.

Rooms are comfortable and clean.
I totally did not feel welcome. The owner only said a couple of words. Reservation? She pointed out to follow her. Opened a door of room 1. Pointed at the key and almost ran back to her house. Never seen her again.
If they don't speak English, no problem we can find ways around that. But don't act like this. Just tell on the booking site that foreigners aren't welcome so i stay away.

Quiet location, a nice setting at the edge of a forest, very much family oriented and a very friendly host.
Sound insulation from other rooms and the communal area was not great.
