Ho soggiornato per due giorni presso Casa Maddalena e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva. La casa è davvero molto grande e spaziosa, ideale anche per più persone: dispone di due camere da letto, un soggiorno ampio, una cucina grande e ben organizzata e, soprattutto, due bagni, un grande punto di forza per la comodità.
Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. Essendo una casa molto grande, probabilmente non sono riuscito a utilizzare correttamente i termosifoni, ma durante il soggiorno la temperatura era piuttosto fredda e gli split presenti non sembrano sufficienti a riscaldare adeguatamente tutti gli ambienti.
Un altro punto riguarda la privacy: sarebbe utile installare tende più coprenti almeno nelle camere da letto, poiché quelle attuali, essendo trasparenti, non garantiscono sufficiente riservatezza (si è visibili dall’esterno).
Infine, sarebbe gradito trovare a disposizione degli ospiti un piccolo set usa e getta con saponi e shampoo: era presente solo un bagno schiuma quasi terminato.
Per il resto, la struttura è consigliata, soprattutto per gli ampi spazi e la comodità generale.

The property was in an excellent location with easy access to local facilities, transport, cafes, and restaurants. Check-in was easy and communication from the host was excellent and responsive. The apartment had all you could need to eat in and be comfortable.
If you’re not a fan of a firm mattress than that is the only might cause some pause.
Location from the train station was close and access to the ferry was even closer.
Everything was great. The only reason to pause would be the mattress was very firm and not as comfortable as ideal.

Appartement proche de toutes les commodités : embarcadère, commerces, restaurants (avec un très gentil boulanger à 50 m qui parle français), à 10 mn à pied de la plage. Grand et propre. Une vraie cuisine pour faire à manger. La climatisation bien utile car il faisait super chaud.
Le bruit des voitures, camions, motos, constamment toute la nuit (a priori à cause de travaux sur la route principale, qui du coup était fermée ???? Alors qu'il me semblait que le bruit venait bien de cette route principale qui longe le lac et qui passe à 30 m de la maison en contrebas). Tranquille entre 2h et 6h du matin. C'est un peu juste pour se reposer. On avait l'impression qu'il n'y avait pas de fenêtres tellement on entendait tout ce qui se passait à l'extérieur (y compris télé, radio et discussion des voisins ou des passants). Résultat : 3 nuits blanches et un départ anticipé pour ne pas vivre l'horreur d'une 4e nuit blanche. 640€ pour 3 nuits. Autant prendre un hôtel !
Il nous reste une semaine de vacances pour s'en remettre avant de reprendre le travail : au lieu de profiter du lieu...on dort ! Super génial les vacances. Et en plus on a payé une nuit supplémentaire.
