Location was awesome. Amenities were excellent.
Store more toilet tissue in the unit. If we could make one recommendation it would be to paint the walls with a light pale gray paint. This did not affect our excellent experience, but might add durability and a nice aesthetic to the space. If we were going to stay in New Haven for a few months, we would stay in this unit.

Proximity to Yale, Louis’s, Burger, Sally’s Pizza and the green was great.
Outside of the building was terrible but the interior nice. Apartment was nice, plenty of linens, access to streaming problematic, perhaps due to past renters. No complimentary drinks in fridge. We never had hot water except briefly.

Great location and priced appropriately.
It was a little dirty and worn out. A curtain or door between the bed and laundry room would also be nice so you aren't staring into it all night.
