Absolutely fab stay!!! The place is exactly as advertised. The sea view from the room & living room is gorgeous. The sunrise & the moon are magical from the balcony. The sunset is fab from the 5th floor terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and you have all the basic items like salt, sugar, oil, pepper, coffee powder, tea bags, etc. Loads of utensils and cutlery items. The utility room was also well stocked. The bathroom had hair dryer, toilet paper and hand wash. The bed was comfy and AC good in the room. The living room had a nice dining table and chairs. Wall mounted TV too. The people at the reception desk were helpful. Just a tip - To reach this apartment easier you can take the lift which is in line with the pool(blue one). This takes you very close to the apartment. Handy when you have luggages. The host was very responsive too. The promenade around the apartment is lovely and you need 2 days to cover just them. Loads of restaurants and shops too. Most of them open until late in the night. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Car park is a challenge. We drove around for more than 30-40mins the first day to find a parking spot in the area. Only one issue with the apartment - the AC in the living room didn't work. We informed them on Sunday but they said the technician was available only on Monday. It was faulty and had to be replaced. The host immediately arranged for replacement. But unfortunately it was fitted only on the Tuesday evening. We vacated on Wednesday morning so couldn't use the living room much because it was 32 degrees & there was not even a fan.

La localisation dans le quartier. La vue depuis la terrasse. La proximité de la plage. La présence d'un gardien de la résidence 24h/24.

Il y a deux poiles à frire toutes neuves qui sont inutilisables sur la plaque vitrocéramique, dommage.

Wunderbares Apartment in fantastischer Lage mit toller Gastgeberin. Gut ausgestattet, blitzsauber und gemütlich. Es hätte nicht besser sein können.

La vue sur la mer/plage/Malaga, terrasse , Clim, proximité plage et commerces/restaurants

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement 1105. Résidence vieillissante et pas rénovée, dans son jus années 60. Parties communes défraîchies et sales (cafards dans les couloirs )ascenseur en panne depuis un mois avant notre séjour et durant les deux semaines de notre séjour resté en panne ... parking extérieur rempli d'ordures, odeurs nauséabondes. Piscine correcte mais transats payants. En ce qui concerne notre appartement, très joli, pièces agréables avec une cuisine séparée, vue superbe sur la mer/ plage et Málaga. Par contre équipements Zéro : Cuisine: pas de cafetière machine à expresso), poêles inutilisables (voir les photos), grille pain sâle. Séjour: canapé très sâle, pas de table basse, table à manger avec chaises dépareillées et pas confortables, petite desserte style hôpital sous la télé pas très agréable. Terrasse: table ronde en plastique peu présentable tellement usée. Salle de bain : toilettes sâles, quasi pas de débit au robinet de la vasque, bac à douche sâle et porte savon/produits cassé. Pas de meuble pour poser des affaires, panière à linge trouée. Je joins mes photos a Cet avis et encore j'ai oubliée d'en prendre , en résumé le tarif onéreux de cet appartement n'est pas justifié vous payez simplement la vue.
