Velký a velmi dobře zařízený apartmán. Apartmán proto, že v zadní části domu bydlí majitel pan Jevgenij, takže k dispozici není celý dům, což v popisu uvedené není, ale pro nás to problém nebyl. Byl milý a vše potřebné nám vysvětlil. Měli jsme s sebou své dva psy, ubytované bez poplatku. Oplocená je pouze předzahrádka u vchodu, ale rybník a zahrada už ne. Na silnici u domu není vůbec provoz, takže naše děti ji využily jako bezpečné hřiště. Opravdu naprosto klidné místo nedaleko Karlových Varů.
Snad pouze to, že rybaření na rybníku nedopadlo podle našich představ, protože vlivem sucha bylo velmi málo vody. Ale to pan majitel ovlivnit nemůže.
