About this villa rental
Very beautiful 120 sq.m (approx) villa in Pont Royal golf estate furnished and decorated for 8 to 10 people, with a 560 sq.m espalier landscaped garden overlooked by a private pool heated.
The villa is located between the 18 holes golf course and the driving range of La Durance. It's always sunny and has a extraordinary view of the sunsets on the Provencal village ambiance. A 10 minutes walk on the pedestrianized paths leads you to the village where you will find a lake, shops, and restaurants.
On the ground floor:
Entrance, large living room with fireplace including a lounge (with a sofa-bed), dining room opening onto a large terrace, fully half-open-plan equipped kitchen (oven, extractor, ceramic hob, a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, etc.)
A master suite (160 cm bed, memory foam mattress, and 'breakfast' table) with walk in shower and double bowl sinks
1 WC, a cellar, and an adjacent garage
On the 1st floor:
1 bedroom with 1 double 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 simple 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 90 cm pull out bed – 1 bath/shower and double bowl sinks, 1 WC
Access from the ground floor to the terrace with sitting area (2 armchairs, 1 sofa, and 1 table) as well as a table with parasol – The beautiful espalier garden leads to the pool area with 2 stone benches, 2 single and 1 double deck chairs.
The pool is sunny all day long. The luminous terrace will delight you since the morning.
The estate is facing the Luberon mountain range. The Pierre et Vacances holiday resort offers a wide range of activities (access subject to a fee) : tennis, mountain bike, wave pool, crazy golf, and riding school.
The villa is not suitable for young children (stairs and pool).
