Nice 2-bedroom apartment in a secured residence with a big terrace (garden furniture, 2 deck chairs, barbecue)and parking place. 4 sleeps maxi. Pets not allowed. No smoking house.
GF: living room with a sofa, TV (german and french channels), DVD Player, Radio-MP3, Kitchen (4 electric hot-plates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer), separated WC.
1st F: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200), bathroom et WC, washing machine.

Narbonne-Plage is a seaside town situated at the foot of untouched countryside and vineyards with large sandy beaches and lots to do and see. The villa is located in a calm, residential area of Narbonne-Plage, only 2 mins walk from the beach. With many cafes and restaurants facing the beach, you can enjoy a glass of local wine while watching the Mediterranean sun set. A 5 min drive will bring you to Gruissan with it's numerous shops, bars and marina and a 15 minute drive will take you to the Roman town of Narbonne. A 40 minutes drive to either Béziers, Carcassonne or Perpignan, gives you a choice of 3 airports to fly into.

Sehr schöne Wohnung außer 3 Punkte.: Die Wohnung liegt unweit einer sehr befahrenen Straße . Die Beschattung auf der Terrasse ist ungenügend. Die Sonnenschirme können dem starken Wind nicht richtig standhalten und sind zu klein für die große Terrasse. .Der Kühlschrank ist etwas zu klein.
Sehr positiv: die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig und geräumig, sehr gute Ausstattung auch Küchenutensilien (wie neu), sehr gemütliche Betten, persönliche geschmackvolle Dekoration, schöner Ausblick auf dem Hinterland, Strand in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
