The "O Soleil Perpétuel" apartment is a 28m² T2B apartment with loggia and secure garden of 30m² that can accommodate 2 to 4 people maximum. It is rated 2 stars by the Gîtes de France.
It is part of the Residence les Balcons de la Méditerranée located 1km from the center of Narbonne-Plage and 50m from the sea on the front line. The magnificent 5km long white sand beach and the Mediterranean are at your feet.
The residence is composed of several seafront apartments.
"O Soleil Perpétuel" is located on the first floor and was completely renovated in 2024.
It is composed as follows:
A corridor leading to a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a living room with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen has an island with bar and four stools for having a meal. You will find all the necessary equipment to prepare good meals and spend pleasant moments with your partner or family.
From the living room, you can go to a bedroom with a double bed or to the loggia overlooking the garden. The garden is fenced and has a secure portico.
First floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Facilities:
• Kitchen equipped with combined fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood
ventilation, microwave, plancha, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso tea machine, crockery,
cutlery, glasses, cups, pans, kitchen utensils, ...
• Living room with 2 armchairs that can be converted into a single adult bed each (cushions, duvets and
mattress topper for your comfort) and flat screen.
• Bathroom: toilet, shower, wardrobe-sink, hairdryer and towel dryer.
