Very clean room with the own bathroom, friendly host, nice location!

Very clean premises , serviced by the extremity friendly host. The room is spacious and pretty, the location is perfect for the castles visit, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast with a home made yoghurt was very tasty. The own bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The private parking on the site. We’ve also got all necessary recommendations from the host on attractions as well as on the restaurants nearby. We’ve really enjoyed our stay, thank you! :)

We liked everything. In case we need to find something something really small to improve: - it was strange not to find the douche gel in the bathroom, but we are experienced travellers and always have all needed with us:) so it was not a problem. - the breakfast rather a bit sweet, than salty (we guess typical for this area) Maybe a piece of the cheese would be appreciated by some guests:) - due to small typo in the address on the booking.com, we were firstly redirected by gps to another section of the street and had to call to the host to clarify. But it’s probably already fixed;)

Hidden gem with Catherine being an excellent host.

A bit off the beaten track so when we arrived in the dark a bit hard to find. But a real gem. A very nice room and comfortable bed, large ensuite bathroom with shower. Everything very clean. Great breakfast too (with choice of having it in your room or in the dining room) and the owners were very helpful in finding us a place to have dinner in the surrounding area. Large off road parking too. In short, everything we wanted and more than we expected.

Great place for a holiday near chateau de chaumont

Nice bedroom with a huge and nicely done bathroom, fully responding to the booking.com description. Nice final touch with beautifully made bed, great view from the windows, excellent breakfast served in the room , nice hosts. Highly recommended for those who love nature and want to stay close to the nearby wonderful castles .

Nice and cozy room

The couple that rents the rooms are very nice and gentle. They prepare you a delicious breakfast in the morning. The rooms are very pretty and clean. The location is very good from various castles but it is on the road, a little far from the closest town. There is no noise at night and the free parking lot is safe. Good Wi-Fi.

Lovely place. Good value and great room.

Despite the communication barriers the lady there was super nice and we sorted things out with laughs. The room is beautiful, bedding is praiseworthy. Really enjoyed it and highly recommend for those going to to chateaux de cheverney. Breakfast was also great, no hot food but quintessential crossiant and breads.

If you arrive late there are no dinner options around. Location only works with a car. Staff don't know English which was expected.
