Absolutely beautiful home! Deck and windows overlooking the beach and ocean. A nice front fenced patio where you can sit in the shade and get out of the wind. The house was spotless. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. 2 coffee machines, kurig and drip. They supplied coffee (regular and decaf) pods, 3 water bottles, olive oil and spices. There were sufficient bath towels and about 6-8 beach towels. There was laundry soap. Easy walk to the beach, amazing tide pools at low tide. Buckets and shovels in the shed. To clarify the bed situation in the bunk room, the bunks are both queen sized and the chair hideabed is a twin.

This is a beautiful property with absolutely amazing oceanfront views. The beach access is super convenient for enjoying hours of beach adventures. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for even gourmet cooking and the house is beautifully decorated. We loved our stay and hope to return again!

This property was OK and too pricey in our opinion and had severe faults including some SAFETY HAZARDS. The view is amazing, no doubt as the property is right on the water, but several things in the property were not working well for us as described here. Also, there is no direct beach access from the property, you have to take a short walk down a few houses and a rocky pathway ramp before you get to the beach.
1) For starters, there was a musty smell throughout the house
2) Dishwasher was stinking and we had to run an empty cycle just to get the smell out before we could put any dishes in
3) Dishes also had a "water retained" smell and had to be pre-washed before use
4) The jack and Jill bathroom upstairs was pretty useless as the barn door kept failing off the rails and would not close completely, so our entire family of 9 members had only 1 functional bathroom to use through our stay.
5) The bunk bed room was towards the outside door and we did not feel safe housing kids on those beds
6) Stairways were slippery because the carpet had worn off. Two of my family members slipped walking down those stairs.
