The home’s location puts you close to everything—rafting, golf, hiking, biking, and the Old Mill District. Mt. Bachelor is just 25 minutes from the driveway to the slopes, making this an ideal year-round getaway.
Inside, you’ll find air-conditioned comfort, a cozy living room with gas fireplace and large TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range. Enjoy meals indoors or step out to the private patio with a café table and BBQ.
The main level features a primary king suite with a walk-in shower and a second bedroom with a queen bed. A bonus den provides flexible extra space, and a full bathroom, laundry area, and garage parking complete the layout.

Landscaping is performed intermittently from April through November, and may occur during guest stays. This includes mowing, weeding, and other exterior tasks to ensure that the property grounds are maintained to a high standard. We appreciate your understanding.
To keep the neighborhood running smoothly, guests agree to follow HOA rules, including:
Seasonal pool access (Memorial Day–Labor Day, schedule set by HOA)
Garage parking only (maximum of 2 vehicles); no street parking
$125 fine for parking violations
No RVs, trailers, boats, or similar recreational vehicles (a $250 fine applies for storage violations)
Home is not pet-friendly
Parking. No Boats, RV’s, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as set forth in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property.

Very nice property although a little dated. Roomy, well stocked and convenient to everything you want to do. 2 car garage and fireplace were awesome. Be prepared to be asked to remove shoes on entry

The house is as described. Lots of space for my family of three. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Quick to get to Mill District and other areas that had great restaurants. My only issues were with the property management team. On the day of arrival, we got to the house around 6pm and unfortunately, the code they emailed us to access the house key was incorrect. That was a little stressful. Thankfully, we were able to call and they provided us with the correct code. The house also advertises that guests have access to the community pool. There was a fob in the house but when we try to use it at the pool gate, it did not work. We called property management and they stated they would contact "maintenance" and call us back. They did not call us back. We call the next day to follow up and they did not know what to do and said they would make some calls and call us back. Again, we did not get a call back. So, overall, the house was fantastic. But we rented the house based on the amenities (pool access) and it is disappointing that we could not use it.
