Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and a view of the spectacular Confederation Bridge from the large well appointed deck.
This beautiful cottage has been given a four star rating from Canada Select and is fully furnished with all the creature comforts of home.
Our cottage is situated on 2 acres of land,but centrally located to Charlottetown,and Cavendish beach area,home of Anne of Green Gables.
The private beach is perfect for young and old alike, with calm waters(the warmest north of Virginia) that are excellent for swimming, kayaking and water-sports and low tides which are perfect for long walks and sandcastle building on the expanse of sandbars.
The bright open-concept interior is perfect for entertaining or relaxing; complete with sun-room dining area.

- Satellite TV with PVR, DVD player, telephone, WiFi internet, book exchange.
- Stainless steel propane BBQ with side burner on deck ready to grill and steam local seafood available just minutes away.

The cottage was more than we expected. We all loved it's real cottage feel. The kitchen was really well equipped! The view out the sliding front doors was picture perfect. The host was great, checked to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. The cottage is less than a hour from Charlottetown, 20 min from Summerside and other tourist destinations are a short drive away. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this cottage!

It was a beautiful property. Watching the tides and the horses on the beach was well worth the stay. You must visit all the sites and especially Victoria on the Beach. Thanks Merrill for sharing your wonderful property with us.

Thank you to Merrill and Marilyn for lending us this piece of paradise to allow us to escape the daily hustle. Their cottage is idyllic, located on a stretch of undisturbed beach, with all the amenities and coziness to make you feel at home. We are already looking forward to returning soon :). We had a great time staying at the cottage. The location on the island is excellent and the view is outstanding. The cottage was clean and well kept. We would love to visit again!
