Villa Sunny is a large holiday home with a pool, directly on the sea in Selca. A few steps lead from the pool terrace to the sea and beach. The location directly on the sea, in a small bay in front of Selca, makes it a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The house is built from original Bracer stone and offers holiday comfort for up to 14 people.There are 5 residential apartments available for 2 or 4 people each. In total, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with shower and toilet are available. Some apartments are also equipped with a mini kitchen with dining area and have access to terraces with sea view.All areas are air-conditioned, satellite TV and WiFi are available, as well as bed linen and towels.On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen-diner with full equipment (stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.) right near the pool, for breakfast, cooking, or for drinks and snacks throughout the day.The large terrace with pool, sun loungers and umbrellas offers bathing fun for everyone, the brick open grill invites to joint barbecue evenings. On the separate, slightly lower terrace towards the sea, there is a large seating area, several pine trees provide thick shade here. In just a few metres, you are directly at the sea, where a dreamlike beach area with shower and space for sun loungers and umbrellas awaits you, a boat mooring is also available.Directly at the house, private parking spaces are available for guests.Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs)Arrival to the island of Brac from Split or Makarska by ferry.
