The villa is very quietly situated on a green hill, on the edge of Selca and just a few minutes from the town centre and the sea. Another highlight of this villa is the generous outdoor area. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes’ walk. You can buy fresh fish locally and there is also a vegetable and fruit market. It is about three kilometres to the beach.
