About this bed and breakfast
In the very heart of Paris, a 3-minute walk from Beaubourg (Georges Pompidou center), very close to the Hôtel de Ville, rue Rivoli, Notre-Dame, Place du Châtelet, the Seine, between two famous districts: the Marais and les Halles. By following rue de Rivoli, you reach the Tuileries and Palais-Royal gardens, the Louvre, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, then avenue des Champs-Elysées. In the opposite direction, you reach the Place de la Bastille. Crossing the Seine, you will find the Latin Quarter and Saint-Germain des Prés, the Esplanade des Invalides, the Musée d'Orsay and the Eiffel Tower. The situation could not be better, there are all means of transport (bus, metro, RER, velib 'and autolib', taxi), shops, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, close by. The 105 m2 apartment is located on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street (Aubry-le-Boucher). The 22 m2 room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, with a slatted base. Access to the balcony from the bedroom. The living room, bathroom and separate toilet are shared. The Haussmann style building set (oak parquet, old fireplaces, moldings), but the bathroom is very contemporary and design. Large ceiling height. There is a digital code and a guard. 24 hour free wifi access in the lounge. The place is perfect for a single person or a couple, since the main historical or tourist sites are within walking distance, and the room allows a rest stop at any time of the day. guest room, not the whole apartment… in particular, the kitchen is not accessible. "Frederic was awesome! My only complaint would be the bed is actually a sofa bed. But when you consider the location and price it was a great value. I would definitely recommend or stay again."
