In a calm and sought-after environment "La Grenadière" is a pleasant villa with Provençal charm located on a property of 4200 m² with a landscaped land with a view of the bay, located near the city center of St Tropez (5 minutes min drive from the Place des Lices) and the Canoubiers Bay.
It consists of a main house of 200 m²:
On the ground floor: entrance, living room with fireplace, dining room, open kitchen, 1 bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom with shower room, all overlooking a pergola with a summer dining room with barbecue .
On the floor: a room with room of bath.
From an independent house of 50 m²:
A space with a room (bed 140), a bathroom and a living room with its kitchen area.
A mezzanine sleeps 2 (140 bed), all overlooking an outdoor terrace.
An adjoining studio of about 15 m², consisting of 2 bunk beds and a shower room.
Large and flowery garden with swimming pool of 5m x 12m and private tennis court.
We accept small pets.
